Total all-inclusive staging rates are based on size and complexity, competitively priced under 0.5% of your home's list value for most homes. We always include an industry-leading 90-day complimentary staging period. We're motivated to produce results that sell your home. Financing options for pay-at-close available on request.

FAQs: Staging + Design

How far in advance should I book?
Design services book up quickly, particularly in Spring and Summer months. At least 4 weeks will offer best availability. Rush options are available for same week or next week.

What areas do you serve?
Standard rates apply to a 50-mile radius from our Seattle warehouse. Further distances may incur additional travel surcharge.

Do you offer free consultation?
Yes, consultations are complimentary, to discuss your design needs and plan ahead.

How are payments structured?
For staging 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates. Remaining 50% is invoiced when the staging is moved in. 90 days are complimentary on all stages. After, staging service renewals are invoiced monthly.

For Interior Design, services may be billed hourly or included in price of purchases. Initial consultation to discuss scope, budget, objectives, timelines always complimentary with no obligation to purchase.
