About Nob Hill Style
At home,
with Nob Hill Style.
We’re a Seattle interior design and home staging studio with a love for rooms that have character. Since 2007, we’ve helped homeowners, sellers and builder teams throughout the Pacific Northwest bring spaces together.
Our work pairs the warmth of older pieces with the ease of contemporary design. Your home’s architecture, the light in each room and the way you want to live all help shape what comes next.

Our approach
A room comes
together in layers.
We begin by listening. What do you love? What needs to work differently? A favorite piece, a daily routine or a particular view can give the design its starting point.
From there, we consider the layout, materials, furniture and lighting as a whole. We source new pieces alongside vintage finds, then carry the plan through ordering, installation and the final styling. The pleasure is in seeing it all come together, down to the lamp beside your favorite chair.
The people behind the rooms
Design is personal.
So is our work.
Our team brings together experience in interior architecture, furnishings, business leadership and client service. Our designers and installation team work closely with you and with one another, from the first conversation to the final placement.
Lisa Palermo
Lisa’s background in interior architecture and European lighting shapes her eye for materials, proportion and light. She helps homeowners, architects and builders select furnishings, lighting and hardware, considering both the character of an individual piece and its place in the room.
Norma Orejana
Norma helps builder teams and homeowners see how a whole home will come together. She considers furnishings alongside the floor plan, finishes and the way each room will be used. Her approach combines careful listening with practical planning, from choosing pieces that fit to coordinating the details that make a new house feel like home.
Laura C. Pollard
Laura brings warmth and personality to rooms through a mix of wood, soft upholstery, expressive art and layered lighting. She pays close attention to scale and placement, leaving room to move while giving each space a clear purpose. A reading chair, a well-placed lamp or an unexpected print adds the sense of everyday life that makes her rooms inviting.
Kenny Sohn
Kenny pairs clean-lined furniture with soft textures, patterned rugs and considered touches of color. Warm wood and upholstered pieces give his rooms an easy, comfortable foundation, while art and accessories bring contrast and interest. In his staging work, he arranges these elements to help people see how a home can be lived in.
Madison Scutt
Madison brings a designer’s eye for color, texture and proportion to her role as Group Manager. She favors grounded palettes and layers of wood, upholstery and metal, finding connections between traditional and contemporary pieces. Her work in staging and sourcing brings those elements together into rooms with a sense of continuity and individual character.
Larry Razafindrakoto
Larry manages the warehouse and leads the team that moves furnishings into the home. He organizes daily plans, coordinates furniture changes and works closely with the designers through installation and staging removal. His care for the collection and attention to the practical details help carry a room from plan to placement.
Sonia Woolery
Sonia brings decades of business leadership to Nob Hill Style, connecting the studio’s design, staging and furnishing services around the people they serve. She takes the long view: listening closely, understanding what matters to a client and staying in touch as their needs evolve. That personal attention shapes the studio’s direction and gives the team a clear purpose in every project.
Zach Turk
Zach’s background spans the family business of architectural photography and a career building business programs in technology. At Nob Hill Style, his focus is straightforward: support the team, look after clients and make room for good work.
